Oakville Hydro Receives Environmental Excellence Award

(Oakville, ON) March 31, 2022 – Oakville Hydro is pleased to announce that it has received the Electricity Distributors Association (EDA)’s 2021 Environmental Excellence Award. The award recognizes outstanding efforts to protect and improve the environment and is the second time Oakville Hydro has received this environmental recognition by the EDA. 

“Sustainability is one of Oakville Hydro’s guiding principles,” shared Scott Mudie, Oakville Hydro’s Chief Operating Officer. “As a corporate citizen, we continue to identify opportunities to reduce our overall carbon footprint and to create a more sustainable future. We are honoured that our efforts have once again been recognized by the Electricity Distributors Association.”
